Jambhala
(Yellow Kubera)
God of wealth, the Buddhist form of Kubera. As Yi-dam is called Jambala, probably from the Jambhara (Lemon) which he carries in his right hand. He is rather fat and prosperous looking. He holds a moneybag and coins. His crown may contain am image of Ratna Sambhava. Like Kubera, a mongoose that vomits jewels attends him. There is a white form of Jambhala holding a trident and sceptre. He is seated sideways on a dragon.
